 CLIMATE STORYTELLING SHOW
Zurich Storytellers × GreenBuzz | Climate Week Zurich 2026

 Thursday, 7 May 2026
 Doors open & a welcome drink 19:00
 STORIES BEGIN 19:30

Climate change is often discussed through data, targets, and policies.
But what creates connection and motivates action are stories.

On May 7, Zurich Storytellers and GreenBuzz will host a Climate Storytelling Show in Zurich: a live evening where members of the sustainability community, changemakers, and citizens share true, personal stories about their relationship to climate and sustainability.

🎤  CALL FOR STORYTELLERS (NOW OPEN)

We are currently looking for people who want to take the stage and share their story.

You don’t need to be a professional speaker - but you should have a real, personal experience connected to climate or sustainability: a challenge, a turning point, a failure, a success, a moment that changed how you see or act on this topic.

Selected storytellers will take part in a guided workshop and rehearsal process to prepare for the stage.

👉 Apply to become a storyteller by April 2

🧭 THE PROCESS: FROM STORY TO STAGE

1. Storytelling Workshop

📅 April 25 | 09:00–12:00 | Zurich (WWF)

A small group of selected participants will join a 3-hour hands-on workshop led by Zurich Storytellers.

During the session, you will:

  • Shape your experience into a clear, compelling story
  • Work on structure, emotional arc, and key message
  • Receive feedback and coaching in a supportive environment

2. Climate Storytelling Show

📅 May 7 |19:00-22:00 | Zurich, Jenseits

Following a rehearsal, selected storytellers will perform their stories live on stage as part of Climate Week Zurich.

The audience will include members of the sustainability community, changemakers, and engaged citizens, creating a space for connection. dialogue, and shared perspective.

🌍 WHY THIS MATTERS

One of the biggest challenges in sustainability is not knowing what to do, but getting more people truly engaged.

Stories help bridge that gap.
They make complex topics human, relatable, and memorable.
They create urgency - and they create hope.
